Description
Vegetable Sauce – A wholesome and flavourful Nigerian classic, made by simmering a rich pepper blend of sweet red peppers, scotch bonnet, and onions with a medley of leafy greens—kale, spinach, or ugu (fluted pumpkin leaf). This vibrant sauce is cooked with a savoury mix of proteins including beef, tripe (saki), cow skin (pomo), cow leg, stockfish, and crayfish. Goat meat or snail can be added for an extra indulgence at an additional cost. Expertly seasoned with traditional spices and served with your choice of swallow—eba, pounded yam, fufu, semo, or amala—for a truly satisfying meal.

What can I say than that this vegetable soup was a festival of flavours. There was nothing stingy about the soup as there was a lot of everything that you would expect to see in a vegetable soup in this soup culminating in a very tasty and delicious bowl of vegetable soup. Thank you!!
