Description
A popular West African soup made from “egusi” (melon seeds) ground into a powder and used as the primary ingredient to thicken the pepper broth made from sweet peppers, scotch bonnet and onions cooked with a variety of meats flavoured with spices and vegetables like spinach/kale/bitter leaf/ugu. Served with swallow of your choice – eba/poundo yam/fufu/semo/amala.
